Mission Statement: The Mount Olive Community Development Corporation, Inc. empowers individuals and families in underserved communities in Clearwater, Florida, to improve their quality of life by creating pathways to education, employment, and economic stability. We strengthen neighborhoods through programs that promote economic growth, cultural enrichment, and social well-being, guided by the belief that everyone deserves inclusion and the opportunity to succeed.
About Us: The organization strives to empower and strengthen our community through individual and family mentoring services. With the support of our community and investors, we operate by an “everybody is welcome” attitude. We have the hearts to serve, provide and encourage.
There are various programs under the MTO CDC- Troop 600 Boys Scout Mentoring Group, Blue Stars Girl Mentoring Group, Mt. Olive Safehouse, Caring for our Angels Ministry & Youth Literacy Fun and Learn Night. Please click the links below to see how MTO CDC is positively impacting the community. The mentoring groups as well as the Youth Literacy Night are community oriented which means all within the community are welcome to join.
